Apple Tells Mac App Store Developers To Submit Apps By December 31st

Apple has officially announced the launch date for the Mac App Store as January the 6th.Apple began accepting app submissions from developers for the Mac App Store at the start of November, and Apple has just told its developers that they need to get their applications submitted to the Mac App Store by December the 31st if they want their apps to appear at launch.
No doubt developers will be busy submitting apps for the Mac App Store between now and December the 31st, and it will be interesting to see how many applications are available in the new Apple app store when it launches.
