Open Suse 11.2

openSUSE is a commercially-backed Open Source Linux distribution with origins in Germany. Novell bought SuSE in November 2004 and has been releasing a freely downloadable community-based Linux desktop since August 2005.
It created a lot of buzz and quickly became a favorite distribution with its initial release of 10.0 in October of that same year. Sims 3

I’ve been a fan of The Sims franchise since the beginning; purchased every expansion and collection pack I could get my hands on, including online downloads numbering in the thousands from some of the most talented artists out there. Whether you like The Sims or not, fact is, it’s hard to escape the world that Will Wright created. Perhaps because of its large female following, many find it easy to describe The Sims as a virtual dollhouse, but it is much more complicated than that. In an era where Video Games have truly allowed people the escapism they’ve desired, The Sims taps into a desire that we all have to play God in our own ideal utopian society. The Sims 3 does not disappoint here, and for anyone who has played The Sims or its sequel, you’ll find that The Sims 3 is a whole new ballgame.

The Sims 3: Best Selling PC Game of 2009

Sitecube-Best Website builder

Sitecube is a privately owned company that allows you to build a website. Unlike Powweb and other companies, they provide the same service but they are different in many ways. Some of their services are extremely unique from any other web hosting companies.

For introduction, it s a web-based website building software that allows anyone to build and host their website using this service. This piece of software is dedicated for those who has a little or no knowledge on website building. For example, if a non-programmer wants to build a flash-based dynamic website with a lot of effects, the site cube is the best place for them.

Windows 7

The first thing you'll notice about Windows 7 is that it looks like Vista. It also works like Vista, in the sense that it has the same plumbing underneath, except for a very welcome graphics upgrade to DX11. However, it works much better than Vista, and most of Vista's annoyances have either been removed, or (mostly) can be changed so the system works the way you like. It takes personalization to extremes.

Microsoft has analyzed the data from millions of user computing sessions to find out exactly what people do with their computers, then attacked the "pain points" to make Windows 7 quicker and smoother. (About 15-million people used the Windows 7 beta.)

The most obvious difference is that Windows 7 doesn't keep annoying you with prompts -- though it's also true that the latest version of Vista is much less annoying than the original. In fact, you can set the degree of annoyance on a sliding scale, though reducing it increases the risk of security breaches. However, Windows 7 is vastly more secure than XP and, in any case, the threat landscape has changed since XP was trashed by worms such as Blaster and Slammer. Today, the more important security changes are in the Internet Explorer 8 browser which, uniquely, defends against cross-site scripting.

My take on new Ubuntu 9.10

It’s been a couple of months since the release of the latest and greatest of Ubuntu, Karmic Koala and while we’ve been busy building servers based on the this release we can say with out a doubt it just keeps getting better. The refinements in the Gnome interface really are paying off in spades, as this release is more than ready for prime time.
